A Family Tradition...

In the early 1900's our relative Patsy Lancieri was one of the first in New York to use a Coal Burning Brick Oven.
And Patsy's Brick Coal Oven Pizzeria on 1st Ave in Harlem, NY was born. Patsy's became famous World Wide,
with patrons from the at the time nearby movie industry. Stars such as Frank Sinatra made it, "Their Place". His
Nephew Pat Grimaldi working there since the age of 13 opened his Pizzeria in Brooklyn in 1990, enjoying much
success, Uncle Pat and Aunt Carol helped us continue the family tradition and bring to New Jersey our families
legacy in 1993 with the opening of our Hackensack store. Since then, we have opened 2 additional Restaurants in
Edgewater and Ridgewood, NJ.

Our Pizza is made the same way it was in the 1930's, with the freshest ingredients and our made in house whole milk
mozzarella, then cooked in our 1000 degree coal fired brick ovens. It's my honor and privilege to share a bit of our
family tradition, with you... We hope you enjoy!

In Loving Memory of My Father. A Talented musician who performed with the stars you see pictured in our stores.

John Grimaldi & Family.
